Day 15, 12th of May
Today I slept in again. When i woke up we went down to Canada place and we did fly over Canada. Which was really good. After that we walked around and went shopping. That was about all we did.
Day 14, 11th of May
Today we headed back to the ferry terminal, where we went across to Vancouver. We went for a drive around for a bit. When we got to Canada place we all stopped and walked around for a bit while they took all our bags to the hotel. Once they came back we went to our hotel and settled in. We went out to this greek restaurant for tea where we had to cue up and wait for a table.
Day 13, 10th of May
Today I finally got to sleep in, but when i did wake up we went and met up with another person from our tour group and went whale watching. We were out for about 5/6 hours on the boat. We saw a pack of 6 orca whales and a baby. The baby was black and white with a distinct orange, red colouring. It was that colour because it hasn't fully developed blubber so you can see its veins where it is meant to be white. when we got off the boat it was about 5:30 so we headed to a fish 'n chips shop where we had tea.
Day 12, 9th of May
Today we went for a drive along the alpine part of the trans Canada highway and along the coast mountain range. We then boarded a ferry to Victoria on Vancouver island. When we got off the ferry we went to Butchart Gardens, where we walked around looking at the different kinds of gardens. We then got on the coach and went to our hotel it was about 5 pm when we got there so we had some tea and went to bed.
Day 11, 8th of May
Today we drove through Yoho national park, and Glacier national park via the trans Canada highway. We made a few stops along the way and got ice cream but apart form that it was pretty boring. Once we got to Kamloops, we stayed at the hotel 540 which was pretty nice.
Day 10, 7th of May
This morning we went to Sulphur mountain where we went up a gondola to nearly the top where we walked to the summit and took photo's and panoramas. As we got higher it became harder to breathe. We were up there for a hour then we came back down and got back on the coach and headed off to Sparkling Bow Falls. we were there for a while. After that we got on the coach and drove around Banff and saw different things. We then got dropped off at the hotel where we went for a walk and chilled.

We went out for tea with another person from our tour group, where we met a Lady who worked at the Cave and Basin hot springs. She was pretty high up and had keys to the hot springs. So we went out for tea and had burgers. We then got a cab to the cave and basin where we got an after hours tour of it. it was so amazing but it smelt so bad! We were there until about 9:30 which is when we started walking back to the hotel.
Day 9, 6th of May
We got on our coach and headed off to the Columbia Ice fields. We got to the Ice field centre where we got on another coach which drove us up a hill where we got off and then got on to a snow coach. We then drove on to the Columbia glacier. It was surrounded by peaks of mountains that were covered in ice. Once we had finished up there we can back to the Centre and had lunch. We then boarded our coach and off we went.

After a few hours we arrived at lake Louise. It was a a bit of a let down it was frozen on top but it was snowing and there was a really strong wind so if you looked at it all the snow would get blown into your face and hurt your eyes and face. So we went inside of the Fairmont hotel which is located directly next to it. In there we just walked around and looked in shops. As we were about to leave mum and I had a snow ball fight. We then got back on the coach and moved on to Banff. We got to the hotel and went up into our rooms.
